About WinMUD

What is this?

WinMUD is a very nice and easy to use MUD client for Win9x. If you don't know what a MUD is, go to The Mud Connector for more information.

There is already a bunch of other MUD clients for Windows. So, why another one?

Most of these clients have very many functions. This, on the first look a positive thing, can turn out to be quite cumbersome for the novice mud player. On the other hand, even experienced players may not need these functions or don't want to cope with the complex interface of these clients.
WinMUD provides an absolutely easy-to-use and innovative interface.
Most of these clients have the standard Windows look and feel.
WinMUD features unique skin support in the MUD world. You can create your own skin or create a skin designed for your favorite MUD. You can share it with all other WinMUD users.

WinMUD features currently no support for ANSI colors.
